HUMAN HANDS BIOGRAPHY
Human Hands were a part of the burgeoning underground Los Angeles music scene in the
early 80s, darlings of the critics (along with the likes of X, The Three O'Clock
and others). Besides numerous indy singles, they managed to release the eponymous
double LP Human Hands on Los Angeles' "Independent Project Records" label and
their lone single for Faulty Products.

Human Hands, 1980.
Although Human Hands were starting to get noticed by both the critics and the
public, by late 1981 it wasn't enough for the band to continue. It was a fateful year for
Human Hands. Bill Noland was lured away to join Wall Of Voodoo and Dennis
Duck joined Dream Syndicate. Vocalist David Wiley died of AIDS in the late 80s.
The original line up (with others filling in for Wiley) has reunited for benefit shows as
recently as 1999.
