Waldo De Los Rios is the arranger/conductor for the Miguel Rios A&M single that rocketed up the charts in the '70s, "Song Of Joy".

Apparently Rush Limbaugh featured a track from Waldo De Los Rios' CD GRANDES EXITOS yesterday on his radio program, and the disc shot up from ranking in the 100,000 range to number 1 on Amazon.com.
