For those "unaware," the term "Bear" used here describes gay men of the burly, bearded set as opposed to the stereotypical swishy effeminate types that come to mind when you hear the term "gay man." They have their own rainbow flag which is shades of brown and earth tones overwritten with a bear claw print:

Proceed with your websearches with caution (especially if children or sensitive folks like grandparents or pastors are around) -- some imagery that pops up is shocking, LoL.
